For anybody expecting or have children already needing new car seats etc, I would highly recommend Premier Baby at Hartshill. They provide fantastic service, knowledge and advice as well as the fact you'll be supporting a family run business! Any questions you have, they go above and beyond to help and explain all options available. We visited Premier Baby whilst searching for our first pram for our first baby. After shopping around at a few places, we were adamant that we would be making our purchase from Premier Baby! It's a very well presented store with a great range of baby products at competitive prices! The staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. A special thank you to John for the time he gave us, brilliant, honest advice and he made our experience everything it should have been. We have our first pram travel system and couldn't be happier! We will certainly return to buy from Premier Baby in future. Highly recommended :)

We can’t thank John and his team at Premier Baby enough for all their help in the lead up to the birth of our baby girl ! As new parents-to-be , we were clueless !! But John explained everything we needed to know and advised accordingly . We live by the countryside so John helped us choose the pram that fits in with our lifestyle , whilst also going above and beyond helping us install the car seat and answering any questions we had. Such a friendly service and we were reassured we were fully set up ready for our baby girl ! Thank you Premier baby!!!!

I’ve visited Premier Baby multiple times throughout my pregnancy and now in parenthood. They are so helpful and informative, they can guide you based on your budget and personal needs. Amazing store with really helpful staff! My husband and I visited a few pram shops a couple months ago and as first time parents were overwhelmed with the choice and trying to figure out what was good value for money. In all the other pram shops we went to the staff were really unhelpful, didn't really know the answers to our questions and couldn't take us through a demo of the prams, we left with more questions! Well when we walked into premier baby we were greeted with a smile and the gent who runs the shop was so helpful without being pushy or patronising, he explained everything to us and took us through a few different options until we found the pram for us! This was a few months ago, we went back in yesterday to order it and he remembered us and exactly what we had been looking for. Can't recommend enough, don't get service this good very often anymore but the shop runner here really knows his stuff, is friendly and approachable but doesn't pressure you into anything. Will be returning for other baby items, thank you Premier baby!

We went to Premier baby for the first time a few months ago pregnant with our first baby. We were completely overwhelmed by everything we needed for baby but the staff were super helpful which made the shopping a very pleasant experience. They allowed us time to look around but also went through everything with us. We returned a couple of weeks later and purchased a travel system. The systems were fully demonstrated by the staff and allowed us time with the systems to try them out ourselves. We loved the service so much we returned a few months later to purchase cot and draws for the nursery. Although a small shop there is a good variety of things to choose from and the customer service is outstanding!

We can’t thank the team at Premier Baby enough. You get the sense the whole store applies a very laid back approach whilst they let you wander around trying all sorts of pushchairs, car seats cribs etc…. Don’t let that fool you. They are very knowledgable about every product in the store, and let you have it in layman’s terms without all the jargon that goes with it, so you can really take it in properly instead of just nodding and pretending you understand. I planned to shop around and do my due diligence but that went out of the window when my partner and I entered Premier Baby. Fantastic team and even built the pram ready for collection. Amazing service. You would be doing yourself and your child a disservice if you didn’t at least visit the store. A++++

Popped into Premier Baby yesterday to look into buying a car seat for our 5 month old son. The staff are absolutely fantastic, extremely knowledgable and have such informative advice that we walked away there and then with a new car seat that we are incredibly happy with. Brilliant service, selection and staff to help make an informed purchase. Thank you as always, highly recommended.

Can’t think of a better place to go to for excellent advice on what is best suited to you and your little ones needs. It is just so nice when your individual needs are listened to and catered for so competently. We have bought several things from Premier Baby over the last few years and have been delighted with everything. We recently bought two child car seats for the campervan. John was absolutely fabulous advising us which one would be best and went to a lot of trouble fitting them safely for us. Cannot recommend Premier Baby highly enough
